Weekend Sew at Sewing Party at Sewing Party

Enjoy an afternoon of friendship and dedicated sewing time! This is a great opportunity to check out the OC Modern Quilt Guild.The Weekend Sews are free to members and count as one of two free events non-members can attend. - (Just checking if you're a real person) How long have you been sewing/quilting?
- Started sewing late 60's early 70's in high school. Started quilting in 1982 after my sister taught me. I've been hooked ever since. Pieced, appliqued, and hand quilted until 1992. Took a precision machine piecing class in 1992 with Trudie Hughes and one with Blanche Young. I've been teaching piecing, applique, and quilting by hand and machine for many years now. Also had the wonderful opportunity to own my own quilt shop for 7 years before moving to Italy. I have a wonderful husband and son. Life is great!

- Making beautiful quilts using modern methods, tools, and designs with other like minded people.
